In addition to performing to raise funds in support of those in need, The Flutopia Initiative also serves as a resource for musical, cultural and literacy outreach. With concerts for children and families offered at children's museums nationwide, the 2024-2025 academic year featured a series of 6 free, educational concerts hosted by the Centre Region Schlow Library in State College, PA. Supported by the Centre Foundation, the Flutopia Initiative "Tunes and Tales" concerts included theme-related poetry, descriptions and demonstrations of varying orchestral and world instruments, as well as lively performances.
